It’s important to us that our customers achieve the most from the product they’ve purchased. We offer optimisation training with the driver or operator to enhance in-field competencies. Optimisation training can be held on-farm or within your local Tuckwell depot. We can offer bespoke training sessions or you can view all our scheduled training sessions here.
With every product, we commit to delivering an end-user 1:1 training session to ensure that your operator(s) are competent with the maintenance, operation and safety features of your new machine.
Where required, we can offer you additional on-site user installation training, particularly useful where multiple staff are required to operate one piece of machinery or when vehicles change hands outside of the dealer network. Many customers have benefitted from this service finding it particularly useful to maintain staff competencies in their organisations.
We also offer remote support which links directly to your display via the machine’s telemetry system, allowing us to assist with the set-up and performance adjustments of your machine remotely. Common errors and issues are dealt with quickly, allowing you to focus on the task at hand.
