We are pleased to announce that our Tuckwells Cromer outlet will be moving to a new purpose-built depot in Baldock, officially opening on Monday 3 August 2026.
The move represents a significant investment in the future of our support for customers across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and the surrounding area. Our entire Cromer team will relocate to the new Baldock site, where we will offer improved facilities including a modern 10-bay workshop, enhanced parts support and a new showroom for visitors.
The new Baldock outlet address is the following: Tuckwells, Newnham Road, Newnham, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5DP. For precise navigation to the customer entrance, we recommend using what3words: ///depth.dogs.widest.
The relocation will take place in stages during the week commencing Monday 27 July and over the following weekend, as we transfer stock, tools, equipment and systems from Cromer to Baldock.
We are doing everything we can to keep disruption to a minimum, but customers should be aware that parts collections, workshop bookings and site access may be limited while the move is in progress. If you know you are likely to need parts, service or support during this period, please contact us in advance so we can plan around your requirements.
From Monday 3 August, we look forward to welcoming customers to our new Baldock depot. The showroom will feature a range of great brands, including John Deere, Kramp, STIHL, Redback Boots, Carhartt and Chrome cleaning products — alongside the machinery, parts, service and aftersales support you already know from Tuckwells.
Our message is simple: Cromer is moving to Baldock. It is the same team, with stronger facilities and greater support for the future.
