The John Deere Z515E is a powerful, petrol-driven zero-turn mower designed for residential and small-acreage properties. The John Deere Z515E has a 656 cc V-twin engine producing approximately 18 horsepower (13.4 kW), delivering strong, reliable performance and smooth operation under demanding mowing conditions.

This model uses a durable 122-cm (48-in.) side-discharge mower deck built from heavy 10-gauge steel, designed to produce a clean, even cut. The deck can be fitted with the optional MulchControl™ system or an optional rear material collection system, giving you flexibility over how your clippings are managed. Cutting height is adjusted between 2.5 and 10.2 cm using the convenient foot-operated deck lift.

The hydrostatic drive system features Tuff Torq® dual transmissions, providing seamless, infinite ground speeds up to 12.9 km/h forward and 6.4 km/h in reverse. Twin control levers offer precise steering and smooth directional changes. With true zero-turn capability and excellent manoeuvrability, the Z515E is well suited to properties with trees, obstacles, and intricate landscaping. A rubber floor mat is available as an option for added comfort and vibration reduction.

The Z515E sits within a comfort-focused zero-turn range designed for agility and ease of operation. A heavy-duty frame, sealed caster bearings, mower-wash port, and a flip-up foot platform all contribute to long-term durability and simplified maintenance. Motion-control levers are adjustable through 18 positions, allowing operators to fine-tune the control feel to their preference.

A 230 litre rear collection system, is available for the Z515E, offering generous collection capacity when paired with the 48-in. deck. Additional optional accessories include a four-point LED light kit and a rubber floor mat. Safety features include ROPS protection, an operator-presence system, and a park-brake interlock for added peace of mind.

The Z515E includes a 2-year standard domestic warranty, extendable to 4 years when serviced through an authorised John Deere dealer (T&Cs apply).
