The Role 

To assist the Used Equipment and Inventory Specialist with keeping the Inventory up to date and providing support for the sales team by producing non-John Deere product quotes.  

Essential Duties: 

  • Ensuring all stock has a quote on CRM  
  • Assisting the sales team with “other” stock quotes as required to ensure a consistent approach and timely response. 
  • Produce and maintain quotation templates 
  • Gain and maintain relevant knowledge of “other” Wholegoods products 
  • To assist in the stock ordering of all non-John Deere products using historic orders and previous trends in ordering 
  • Create and maintain quick quote brochures of products including key information e.g. photograph, selling price and key facts. 

 Skills and Qualifications 

  • Excellent administration and organisation skills 
  • Able to quickly build and maintain effective working relationships  
  • Good attention to detail   
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and reports  
  • Valid driving licence  
  • A working knowledge of turf, agricultural and horticultural equipment and the used equipment industry would be an advantage but is not required.
