Class 2 Lorry Driver

The Role

We are looking for a driver to provide a professional and efficient multi-drop delivery service.  The role will involve loading, unloading and driving Golf/Turf machinery around the Tuckwell depots.

Essential Skills

• To load and unload the lorry and deliver goods to the depots safely and without damage
• To ensure the items for delivery are handled with care and delivered with high levels of customer service
• To report any problems with the deliveries to the Service Manager
• To perform daily checks and report outcomes to the Transport Manager
• To perform duties in line with all legal requirements and health and safety policies

Skills and Qualifications

• A clean, valid Class 2 licence for a Cat C vehicle, Drivers CPC and Digital Card
• A minimum of 2 years in a similar multi-drop driving role is preferred
• A flexible approach and ability to work extended hours and weekends
• A passion for driving and knowledge of turf machinery
• A desire to offer exceptional customer service and maintain good working relationships
• Conscientious and safe
